What You Could Be Working On As a Support Consultant, responsibilities may include: Understanding customer requirements and business objectives. Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve. Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules, to enhance customer’s application usage. What We’re Looking For Experience & Expertise Minimum 5+ years of SAP Business One consulting and/or support experience Strong expertise across SAP Business One core modules and core add-ons Hands-on experience with: Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA Crystal Reports Business process analysis and optimization Skills & Attributes Fluent or native-level English proficiency Additional languages are highly valued Strong customer-focused mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Leadership and mentoring capabilities Ability to thrive in multicultural and globally distributed teams Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Why Submit Your Interest?
