In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical execution. You will oversee Medium to large-scale data initiatives, align cross-functional engineering teams, and deliver robust data infrastructure that powers actionable business insights and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with a solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, cloud technologies, and analytics platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, data science, business intelligence, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that enable informed decision-making and business growth. Responsibilities Provides management of data infrastructure for all major modeling projects. Manage requirements for data enhancements needed to improve analytics and/or data process in the future. Takes leadership role in special data and analytical projects, as assigned. Negotiates and sets priorities with IT and BI resources to align projects with company goals. Develops expertise and represents analytic interests for new data mining tools and technologies and trains other team members accordingly. Develops and manages business certification of all analytic related data projects. Manages assigned direct reports and functions as a data/code trainer for the department. Have a clear understanding of Data processes such as ETL/ELT Performs other duties as assigned.
