Growth Marketer

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to lead the execution of strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and deeply passionate about growth marketing. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies, including variations in ad copy, landing pages, and user flows. Lead the creation of marketing content and creative assets for various campaigns. Analyze growth metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and other key indicators. Manage marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and reporting on spend across different campaigns.
