They are now seeking visionary C-suite leaders to join during this critical growth phase. Position 3: Chief Compliance & Risk Officer (CCRO) Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a global compliance program covering AML, KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring. Serve as primary liaison with global regulators; lead license applications and regulatory filings. Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance, operational, and reputational risks. Conduct compliance assessments for new products and market entries. Recruit, develop, and lead a globally distributed compliance team. Qualifications: 10+ years in compliance/risk management, with 5+ years in crypto/fintech/financial services. Deep knowledge of global crypto regulations (MiCA, MAS, HKMA frameworks). Direct experience engaging with regulators and managing cross-border compliance. CAMS, CCEP, or CRCM certifications highly desirable. Fluency in English and Mandarin essential.
