Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks, preferably using QuickBooks. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Handle invoicing, billing, and maintain client and vendor records. Assist in preparing and filing US tax forms and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Support audits and uphold adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
