Webflow Developer

NeoWork is an AI first business process outsourcing company with 300+ teammates across the Philippines and Colombia. We build embedded teams for fast growing companies in tech, healthcare, gaming, and ecommerce. We are hiring a Webflow Developer to own our web presence and support client facing marketing sites. You will build, maintain, and optimize Webflow projects end to end, from design handoff to launch. Responsibilities: Build and maintain responsive Webflow sites from Figma or design files Own site architecture, CMS structure, and content modeling in Webflow Optimize for page speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow native tools and custom code Integrate third party tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, forms, chat widgets) Collaborate with design and marketing on landing pages, campaign sites, and SEO pages Troubleshoot bugs and cross browser issues Set up and manage staging environments and publishing workflows Document site structure and maintain a component library for reuse Requirements 4+ years of experience building production sites in Webflow Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beyond the Webflow visual editor Experience with custom code embeds, API integrations, and Webflow CMS at scale A portfolio of live Webflow projects you can walk us through Comfort working directly with marketing and leadership stakeholders Strong English communication skills, written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Nice to Have: Experience with SEO best practices and technical SEO audits Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms Basic design sensibility (typography, spacing, brand consistency) Benefits Health insurance for contractors Holiday extra pay Work hours generally align with standard U.S. business hours, with some flexibility depending on client needs 100% home-based position Mental health days to support team well-being Performance-based incentives in addition to base salary Annual review and appraisal process Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company Salary: Up to $3,000 USD per month depending on skills and experience.
