Video Editor — Remote (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) We're hiring a Video Editor to help selfpublishing.com and Chandler Bolt turn podcast episodes, ads, and other raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form content, working remotely from the Rio de Janeiro, Brazil region with required overlap during Austin, TX business hours (9am–5pm CT). What You'll Be Doing Editing podcast clips, ads, and other short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with a focus on hooks, storytelling, pacing, and retention Publishing what you edit yourself and owning how it performs once it's live, not just views and retention, but how it converts into leads and revenue Enhancing videos with music, sound design, motion graphics, and finishing polish (color, mix, captions, QC) across every platform Collaborating with our Marketing team to align edits with titles, thumbnails, messaging, and funnel strategy, on fast-turnaround requests Staying on top of social and short-form trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team Please Don't Apply If You...
