Business Analyst - Remote (LATAM & Europe)

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time | USD $4,500–$5,000 monthly Smart Apartment Data provides data and analytics solutions for the U.S. multifamily real estate industry. We’re looking for a self-directed Business Analyst who can lead projects from start to finish and turn business information into clear, practical recommendations. Projects may span multiple areas of the business, so you’ll need to get up to speed on unfamiliar topics quickly. This role is equally focused on project management and data analysis. Strong ownership and follow-through are essential, but expert-level technical skills are not required. What You’ll Do Lead projects end to end, including planning, timelines, owners, deliverables, and completion Coordinate stakeholders across teams and keep projects moving Gather, organize, and validate business data from across the company Analyze operational, financial, customer, product, and market data for trends, gaps, and risks Turn findings into clear recommendations for leadership Document requirements, decisions, processes, and project updates Requirements What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis, or a similar role A track record of independently leading projects from start to finish Ability to read and interpret business data and draw practical conclusions Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information; advanced SQL or BI expertise is not required Clear and concise written and spoken English Strong stakeholder management, organization, and follow-through Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote environment Based in Latin America or Europe Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time Nice to Have Experience with project-management, reporting, or business-intelligence tools Background in SaaS, technology, data services, real estate, or another complex business environment Experience improving processes or introducing operational efficiencies Benefits Full-time, fully remote position USD $4,500–$5,000 gross monthly compensation Long-term opportunity based on performance and business needs Direct exposure to leadership and meaningful ownership of projects Originally posted on Himalayas
