The Role
At Uscreen, we help creators build something that lasts, powering independent video businesses to build sustainable revenue and scale their impact. We're a fast-growing SaaS company, and our all-in-one video membership platform helps creators generate revenue through subscriptions, communities, courses, and live-streamed events across web, mobile, and TV apps.
We're hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own the systems, data, and strategy that drive revenue performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is the person who connects the dots: how we map and segment our market, how leads are scored and routed, how reps are territoried and incentivized, how pipeline is forecast, and how all of that flows between the CRM, the warehouse, and the teams who act on it.
This is a build role. The foundations are here: a CRM with real history in it, a data warehouse that holds our source of truth, an outbound motion getting off the ground, and a sales team with momentum. What's missing is someone to connect them into one engine and own what comes out of it. You'll get real latitude to decide how this function works, and you'll be expected to build it yourself rather than direct it from a distance.
You'll do it inside an AI-native team. We treat AI as a core part of how we work, and in this role especially: mapping and enriching a market that no off-the-shelf database covers well, automating the operational work that shouldn't take a human, and getting to answers faster than a traditional ops function could.
What You'll Do
Revenue Strategy & Outcomes
Set and track the operational targets that feed the revenue engine: pipeline coverage, opportunity generation, conversion by stage, speed to lead
Build the market map. Define how we segment, target, and prioritize accounts in an SMB and DTC creator market that standard playbooks don't cover
Design territories and account assignment so reps have both ownership and a pool to go win
Drive ICP targeting, CAC efficiency, and pipeline velocity in partnership with GTM and Analytics
GTM Infrastructure & Systems
Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Intercom, and related tools), including how they integrate, what we buy, and when we replace something
Implement scalable processes for lead routing, scoring, attribution, and enrichment
Ensure high data integrity and system hygiene across all revenue systems: deduplication, territory structure, and the standards that keep lifecycle marketing and outbound from firing on bad data
Lead and support the Salesforce admin function in managing system configuration, integrations, and automation
Use APIs and custom scripts to integrate data across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and billing
Build and maintain automated workflows with AI tooling (Clay, LLM APIs, Python and similar), driving experimentation and continuous improvement across the revenue engine
Forecasting, Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain real-time dashboards on funnel metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
Identify and influence the metrics that drive revenue growth: pipeline value, campaign ROI, close rates, conversion by stage
Partner with the CRO, Finance, and Marketing on strategic planning, forecast accuracy, and budgeting
Work with the Analytics team on the handoff between CRM and warehouse, so reporting is built where the data actually lives
Use AI tooling to generate predictive insight and make reporting scale without more headcount
Revenue Process & GTM Enablement
Define and document GTM processes, rules of engagement, SLAs, and territory models
Own deal desk and approvals management: pricing and discount approvals, non-standard terms, quote-to-close workflow, and the escalation path that keeps deals moving without leaking margin
Support compensation planning, quota design, and incentive alignment in partnership with Finance
Enable onboarding, offboarding, training, and operational workflows across Sales, CS, and Marketing
Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional Support
Identify and remove friction points in the sales process
Act as the connective layer between Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance
Support pricing strategy, pipeline inspection, and contract workflows
Build the readouts that let leadership see what's working without having to ask
Lead the Function
Manage and develop our Revenue Operations Manager, who owns day-to-day core ops today and is ready for a strategic leader to learn from
Direct GTM engineering capacity, whether in-house or contracted, toward the highest-leverage build work
Operate as one point of a three-way partnership with FP&A and Data/Analytics, where each function is a check and a balance on the others
What You Bring
6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, or GTM Strategy at B2B SaaS companies, including time as a hands-on individual contributor
You have scaled a company through the roughly $20M ARR range in a capital-efficient, lean-team environment. You're energized by building the system rather than inheriting a finished one
Hands-on and technical. You don't need to write production SQL, but you need to understand systems integration, how CRM and warehouse data flow into each other, and what breaks when they don't. You build things yourself before you delegate them
SMB, DTC, or PLG market experience. Our buyers are independent creators, not procurement departments, and they cannot be pulled off a list in ZoomInfo. You'll need to be creative and analytical about how we find and qualify them
Real depth in the strategic side of RevOps: comp and attainment design, pipeline modeling, segmentation, and partnering with Finance on planning
Experience running a deal desk or approvals process, or standing one up
Fluent with AI tools as part of how you work, not as an experiment. You use them for enrichment, market mapping, agent workflows, and automating the repetitive parts of ops, and you have the judgment to know where their output needs a human
A communicator who produces readouts, not just meetings. You can show a team what changed and why it matters
Comfortable in a remote-first, fast-moving environment with a small team and a wide surface area
Nice to Haves
Experience in the creator economy, video, membership, or community software
Salesforce and HubSpot in the same stack, with a warehouse behind them
Background building outbound and prospecting motions from close to zero
Experience with revenue recognition workflows or multi-currency billing
Direct experience partnering with a CRO or a founder-led GTM team
How We Work, Our Values
These are the five values we hold ourselves to, and what they look like in this role:
Customer Obsessed. You build systems that make the creator's experience better, not just the reporting easier. You remember there's a real business at the end of every record in the CRM.
Push the Pace. You ship the working version and improve it. You move at the speed of the decision in front of you.
Own the Outcome. You own the revenue numbers this function influences, not just the dashboards that display them.
Simplicity Wins. You take a tangle of tools and process and make it something the team can actually follow.
Go Further Together. You build the trust with Finance, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing that makes this function work at all. Without it, RevOps has no inputs.
